Flat Wire Conveyor Belt Sprockets: FL-Series Flangeless

Flangeless sprockets are made from C-1045, hardened steel (Rc 50-55), and are fully machined for highly accurate engagement of the belt. Flangeless sprockets will increase belt and sprocket life.

Also known as Self-Cleaning, since debris does not build up between the belt and the sprocket, they are suited for applications which have problems with product build-up.

Due to their accurancy, flangeless sprockets are also highly recommended for high speed belts.

** Stock Bore Notation: NB = No Bore; CB = Core Bore; MPB = Minimum Plain Bore
